Office of Information and Communication Technology EUC

The Office of Information and Communication Technology serves as the central technological backbone and innovation center of MSEUF Candelaria. It is responsible for the planning, deployment, maintenance, and security of the university's digital infrastructure, high-speed campus network, and enterprise administrative platforms.

The office manages core digital assets, including the institutional student and faculty portals, learning management systems (LMS) and centralized databases. In addition, the OICT provides frontline technical support, oversees hardware and software maintenance across all computer laboratories and administrative offices, and leads continuous digital transformation initiatives to optimize academic delivery and institutional workflows.
